The 51-year-old X Factor king is taking the hit show to the US while also appearing on both Britain's and America's Got Talent AND launching a jackpot game show.
But loved ones have pleaded with the heavy smoker to ease up and let others take the strain - or risk suffering a fatal heart attack like his beloved father Eric.
